Job summary

Providence Swedish in Seattle seeks a Nursing Unit Manager to lead a group of patient care units within Nursing Services, ensuring alignment with the system's mission and values. The manager is responsible for clinical and operational activities of the units.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in BSN from an accredited school of nursing, or ADN and commitment to obtain BSN within two years of hire.
• Upon hire: Washington Registered Nurse License
• Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
• 3 years of recent experience in related clinical area of nursing.
• Master's Degree in Nursing or related field (preferred).
• 1 year of first line management experience (preferred).

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in BSN from an accredited school of nursing, or ADN and a commitment to obtain BSN within two years of date of hire.
