Dandelion Health is seeking an experienced project manager to drive complex programs across engineering, privacy, and data teams. You will oversee data extraction and de-identification with health system partners and manage day-to-day operations and communications across multiple stakeholders.
You will report to the Chief Network Officer and work closely with partners to keep deliveries on track, map options, and document learnings. Remote-friendly with travel as needed to partner sites.
Our TeamDandelion Health unlocks a layer of unexplored clinical depth that has been previously inaccessible at scale. By combining all the raw multimodal data from community health systems with validated AI models, we deliver regulatory-grade scientific insights and products that give teams the evidence to design better trials, enroll the right patients, and generate AI-powered insights that drive confident decisions across the development and commercial lifecycle.
You are an experienced project manager who drives complex work across teams and organizations you don't control. You plan carefully, communicate clearly with engineers and executives alike, and treat documentation and tracking as core infrastructure, not an afterthought. In this role, you'll work closely with engineering, privacy, and data teams at Dandelion and at our health system partners. You will: (i) oversee the execution of data extraction and de-identification across our health system partners, keeping deliveries on time, and (ii) serve as the primary point of contact for those partners, managing day-to-day project operations and communication. You've led large, multi-stakeholder projects and know how to move work forward without direct authority. You spot problems early, map out options before they're needed, and document your learnings. You understand data well enough to scope extractions, catch quality issues, and work within privacy and compliance constraints. You will report directly to the Chief Network Officer.
