Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience in network design and implementation.
• Strong technical understanding of network, security, A/V, DAS/ERRCS, BMS/EPMS.

• Experience with data center or mission-critical facilities.
• Experience in developing and maintaining enterprise-level specifications across multiple projects or sites.
• Experience handling multiple large-scale projects with overlapping requirements and deliverables.
• Proficiency with MS Word and MS PowerPoint.

This role will oversee all aspects of the Network design, implementation, and commissioning, while ensuring alignment with STACK’s fleet-wide standards for quality.The Manager, Network Design and Implementation will work closely with members of the design, construction, IT and operations teams to deliver a state-of-the-art facility that meets STACK’s operational, reliability, and efficiency standards. This is a unique opportunity to take ownership of a high-impact project from preconstruction through delivery. **RESPONSIBILITIES:*** Project Planning and Coordination: Develop and manage project schedules, coordinating with architects, engineers, and contractors to integrate telecommunications and trade systems, ensuring compliance with STACK and tenant standards across the entire campus.* Trade Coordination and Management: Act as the primary liaison for telecommunications and DAS/ ERRCS scopes, leading coordination meetings, managing GC and subcontractor relationships, and resolving conflicts to maintain project integrity.* Telecommunications Infrastructure Oversight: Oversee installation, testing, and commissioning of fiber optics, cabling, and network infrastructure, ensuring high-availability and scalability requirements are met.
