NorthMark Compute & Cloud seeks a Manager of Network and Infrastructure Security to lead the security posture and resilience of our HPC and data-center networks. You will guide a team of engineers responsible for protecting core infrastructure and edge security across the organization.

The Manager of Network and Infrastructure Security is a leadership role within NMC²’s Security organization, responsible for the security posture, operational health, and resilience of the network and infrastructure that underpins our data center and HPC environment. At NMC², the network is not just connectivity it is the backbone of one of the largest private GPU clusters in the world, carrying the workloads of research teams and technology partners who demand uncompromising performance and security. You will lead a team of engineers responsible for protecting the organization's network architecture and underlying infrastructure across its full attack surface. This role oversees the design and enforcement of network security controls, including segmentation and micro‑segmentation strategies, edge security, and infrastructure hardening initiatives. The manager drives the organization's exposure‑management program by ensuring continuous network scanning, vulnerability identification, and timely remediation in alignment with risk priorities. Success in this role requires the ability to translate technical findings into strategic roadmaps while fostering cross‑functional collaboration with infrastructure, cloud, and IT operations teams.
