We are seeking an experienced Reliability Engineering leader to join our rapidly growing team in Costa Mesa, CA, driving reliability excellence for our Missiles programs. As a Reliability Engineering leader at Anduril, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing robust reliability frameworks across the missile systems within our product portfolio. Your expertise will be instrumental in guiding product teams through the Reliability lifecycle, from initial concept through qualification, production, and field deployment. You will drive continuous improvement initiatives, lead the development of risk mitigation strategies, and foster a culture of operational resilience across the organization. Leveraging your deep knowledge of reliability tools (FMEA, FMECA, HALT/HASS, Weibull, etc.), predictive methodologies, and product test campaign planning, you will ensure that our systems perform reliably under diverse and demanding operating conditions. The ideal candidate is a hands‑on, results‑oriented leader with a proven track record in managing Reliability efforts for complex hardware and software integration programs, capable of analyzing performance data, uncovering trends, and implementing actionable improvements that uphold Anduril's commitment to excellence.
US Salary Range: $166,000 — $220,000 USD
The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary offer may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience, education and/or training, critical skills, and/or business considerations.
