• Recruit, select and train qualified sales and account management professionals to support ongoing business growth.
• Conduct regular staff meetings to capitalize on sales coaching opportunities and attend sales calls as needed.
• Provide weekly sales summaries and reports to sales leadership, ensuring transparency and informed decisions.
• Assign high-priority customers and pursue opportunities with significant long-term business potential.
• Perform special projects and take action on long-term business building opportunities.

The base pay for this position generally is between $99,900.00 and $196,300.00. The actual compensation offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. We comply with local wage minimums and also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of other incentive-based compensation such as bonuses.

In addition, this position has a commission earnings target starting at $84,000.
