The Manager, Membership Growth plays a critical role in expanding the 4As community by identifying, qualifying, and engaging prospective member agencies. Working closely with the VP of Membership Growth, you'll help build a healthy pipeline of agency prospects through research, outbound outreach, lead qualification, CRM management, and ongoing prospect engagement. You'll be the engine behind our new business development efforts—ensuring every opportunity is researched, organized, and ready to move through the sales process.
