Job summary

Netrality Data Centers is seeking a Marketing Manager to serve as a hands‑on marketing generalist in a lean organization. The role spans campaigns, content, events, digital presence, and brand support, working closely with sales, leadership, and external partners to drive growth and visibility across the portfolio.

The ideal candidate will be practical, organized, and comfortable performing writing, coordination, vendor management, and marketing upkeep without a large team or heavy processes.

Qualifications

  • 4–8+ years of experience in a broad B2B marketing role.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • Proven success driving growth in complex or technical industries (infrastructure, SaaS, telecom, or data centers).
  • Experience supporting multiple marketing functions in a lean or fast‑growing organization.
  • Comfortable executing work independently and managing multiple priorities.
  • Familiarity with common marketing tools (CRM, email marketing, website CMS, analytics, design tools).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience with Salesforce and Pardot (or similar), LinkedIn Campaign Manager, GA4, Google Ads, Adobe InDesign and Photoshop, WordPress, Monday.com, Canva.
  • Ability to apply Gen-AI tools or automation to marketing workflows.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

  • General Marketing Execution across campaigns, content, events, digital presence, and brand support.
  • Assist with coordinating campaign assets, timelines, and deliverables across teams.
  • Support sales with marketing materials, nurture campaigns, and co‑marketing initiatives.
  • Track campaign activity and provide simple performance reporting.
  • Plan and support hosted events and conferences across markets.
  • Manage event logistics, vendors, materials, and post‑event follow‑ups.
  • Maintain an event calendar and basic reporting.
  • Support on-site execution as needed.
  • Create, edit, and manage website content and digital platforms.
  • Coordinate development of marketing materials such as case studies, presentations, emails, and social posts.
  • Collaborate with external vendors for design, video, photography, and other creative needs.
  • Maintain branding across properties, materials, and events.
  • Coordinate with agencies and vendors; manage timelines and deliverables.
  • Use CRM tools to support campaigns and reporting.
  • Manage marketing inventory and promotional materials.
  • Collaborate with internal teams on ad hoc marketing needs.
  • Support special projects as they arise.

Who We Need

Netrality is seeking a Marketing Manager to serve as a hands‑on marketing generalist in a lean organization. This role is responsible for day‑to‑day execution across campaigns, content, events, digital presence, and brand support.

The ideal candidate is practical, organized, and comfortable doing the work—writing, coordinating, updating, managing vendors, and keeping marketing moving—without a large team or heavy process. This role works closely with sales, leadership, and external partners to support growth and visibility across the portfolio.

Netrality is geographically diverse across the United States. This position offers remote‑work flexibility; however, it is preferred that candidates reside in or near one of Netrality's markets—Philadelphia, PA; Kansas City, MO; Indianapolis, IN; St. Louis, MO; Houston, TX; Indianapolis, IN, or Chicago, IL.

Description of Responsibilities

  • General Marketing Execution
  • Support the execution of integrated marketing campaigns across email, digital, social, and events
  • Assist with the coordination of campaign assets, timelines, and deliverables across internal and external teams

  • Create, edit, update, and manage website content and digital platforms
  • Coordinate development of marketing materials such as case studies, presentations, email campaigns, and social posts
  • Work with external vendors on design, video, photography, and other creative needs

  • Help implement and maintain consistent branding across properties, materials, and events
  • Support property‑level marketing needs and portfolio updates

Position Requirements and Desired Skills
