We are seeking a Market Development Manager to join the Pittsburgh, New York, Charlotte, or Chicago office. Candidates must be self-starters who possess the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent communication skills and a commitment to providing the highest quality client service are strongly preferred.
The Market Development Manager (BDM), Reports Directly To The Director Of Market Development. The MDM Will Have Responsibility For Developing And Executing Marketing And Business Development Programs In Two Distinct Areas, As Follows
Firmwide Practice: To support lawyers practicing in one or more of the firm’s core practice or industry groups. The MDM will collaborate with Practice Group Coordinators, Practice Area Leaders and individual partners to help plan, focus and direct business development activity to improve firmwide practice visibility and support client development, with dotted line reporting to local practice leadership.
Office Practice: To support lawyers based in a particular office or offices. The MDM will collaborate with office leadership and individual partners to help plan, focus and direct business development activity to improve market visibility and support client development, with dotted line reporting to the local office Administrative Partner.

Salary $97,000 - $182,500
The compensation salary for this position will be determined during the interview process and will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to prior experience, relevant expertise, current business needs, and market factors.
