Pfizer Inc. is seeking a Manager, Market Access Analytics (340B and Medicaid) to oversee development of 340B analytics and financial modeling for Commercial, Medicare, and Medicaid segments.

This role provides strategic insights to the Market Access and Execution organization to guide optimal portfolio strategies. Responsibilities include creating financial models, analytics, and 340B reporting for senior leadership, quantifying policy impacts, and enhancing models with AI tools.

Qualifications

• Relevant work experience in the pharmaceutical industry, or healthcare consulting experience; 4+ years with BA/BS, or 2+ years with MS/MBA/MPH.
• AI fluency with tools like Claude or Co-Pilot.
• Demonstrated ability to apply analytic tools to deliver insights to senior leadership.
• Deep understanding of 340B, managed markets, third-party data, and payer/pharma contracting.
• Experience building and operating financial models in Excel and web-based platforms.
• Ability to inform key stakeholder decisions during governance processes.
• Ability to independently prioritize and manage multiple projects.
• Proficient in Tableau, Business Objects, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

ROLE SUMMARY

The Manager, Market Access Analytics, 340B and Medicaid will oversee the development of 340B analytics as well as financial modeling for the Commercial, Medicare, and Medicaid segments across the entire Pfizer portfolio. Colleague will deliver strategic insights to leadership within the Market Access and Execution organization to support optimal strategies.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for creating financial modeling, presentations, and analysis to support strategic decisions and Internal governance process:
• Run internal analytics to identify 340B growth drivers and utilize outputs to inform strategic decisions
• Create 340B reporting package for review with senior leaders. Standardize cadence and metrics to identify trends early
• Quantify the impact of internal and external 340B policy changes
• Evaluate alternate distribution models. Flag utilization that falls outside of policy’s intent.
• Utilize propriety and public pharmaceutical data sources to develop analytics
• Partner with key internal stakeholders to develop financial analysis supporting optimal financial investment
• Utilize advanced modeling techniques to develop and execute market access strategies to support MAX stakeholders.
• Partner with the business units to update and monitor all internal model changes
• Maintain, update, and support Pre & Post deal analytics, Formulary tracking, and Op Planning
• Utilize and support transition to Digital pre/post deal modeling tools
• Enhance financial models, presentations, and analytic capabilities using AI tools

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• Relevant work experience in the pharmaceutical industry, or healthcare consulting experience 4+ years' experience if BA/BS; 2+ years' experience if MS, MBA, MPH.
• AI Fluency (Claude, Co-Pilot, etc)
• Demonstrated ability to apply analytic tools to deliver insights to senior leadership
• Deep understanding of 340B, managed markets, third-party data, and Payer and Pharma contracting.
• Experience building and operating financial models in MS excel and web based platforms
• Ability to inform key stakeholder decisions during governance process
• Ability to independently prioritize/manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Skilled in Tableau, Business Objects, Excel, Word, & PowerPoint

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• MBA or Master’s level education
• Previous experience in market access analytics role

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $99,200.00 to $165,400.00. In addition, this position is eligible for participation in Pfizer’s Global Performance Plan with a bonus target of 12.5% of the base salary and eligibility to participate in our share based long term incentive program.
