Job summary

Memorial Healthcare System seeks a contracts professional to manage complex hospital, professional services and ancillary contracting. The role requires deep knowledge of contract language, reimbursement terms and extensive Managed Care Industry experience.

The ideal candidate will bring at least 5 years of contracting experience, including 3 years in hospital or related networks, and the ability to negotiate with multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment to deliver quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years contracting experience with 3 years contracting for hospital, professional services, ancillary facilities or specialty networks.
• Strong knowledge of contract language, developing, drafting and interpreting contracts and reimbursement terms.

Extensive Managed Care Industry knowledge and understanding of hospital and insurance industries. Ability to work collaboratively in a collegial environment with multiple stakeholders to achieve department and organization goals.
