Penske is seeking a Manager of Maintenance Service Delivery Systems in Reading, PA to lead a development team supporting Collision Repair applications. You will work with Product Owners, stakeholders and partners to deliver robust, scalable solutions.
Responsibilities include architecture guidance, performance reviews, and ensuring high-quality, on-time delivery while mentoring team members and aligning technology with business goals.
You will manage a team of developers to help us create the next generation of innovative solutions while enhancing and optimizing applications that support our Collision Repair business. Providing day-to-day leadership and development for your team, you will work directly with Product Owners to ensure seamless delivery, implementation, support, and issue resolution. Using your technical expertise and industry knowledge, you will guide the organization in implementing solutions that strengthen operational performance, modernize Collision workflows, and keep Penske ahead of the competition.
As a Penske Manager of Maintenance Service Delivery Systems, you will lead a team focused on key software development, enhancements, and maintenance for applications that support our Collision Repair business. You will work closely with your teams, Product Owners, stakeholders, and development partners/vendors to ensure strong implementation practices and help define architectures that create robust, scalable solutions. You will conduct performance reviews, oversee engineering processes, and ensure quality assurance so that deliverables are effective and meet the needs of end users. You will foster strong partnerships with business owners and key stakeholders, aligning technology delivery with operational goals. You will also focus on developing and growing your team of developers, helping them advance in their careers while ensuring Penske continues to move forward with modern, innovative Collision technology solutions.
