Job summary

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of relevant work experience.

• Experience leading a technical or maintenance team.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead a cohesive maintenance team focused on safety, quality, service and efficiency.
• Drive lean principles to maintenance processes to minimize waste and increase throughput.
• Use data collection to evaluate unplanned downtime and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain monthly repair and maintenance spend for the facility.
• Organize and track capital projects and maintenance milestones.
• Maintain production standards and measurement systems as required.
• Promote employee engagement activities to create a positive work environment.
• Other duties as assigned.
