Business Development is seeking to add a highly motivated Manager, M&A and Strategic Development to support the continued growth of HWR platform. This individual will play a critical role in supporting the execution of mergers & acquisitions, divestitures, and broader strategic corporate development initiatives. The position will work closely with internal deal leads, finance, legal, development, and CBDO to help drive transaction execution and strategic initiatives. The role is intended to support the expansion of the Business Development organization as transaction activity and strategic initiatives continue to grow, including increasing workload associated with project divestitures and M&A opportunities. The employee may be required to perform other job-related duties as requested by management. All duties will be assigned in accordance with applicable laws and company policies.
COMPENSATION: $140,000 - $160,000 salary
