  • Ensure all inflight engagement activities are integrated smoothly into flight attendant workflows without disrupting the operation.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Inflight leaders and Bank of America partners, fostering open communication to surface and resolve issues quickly.
  • Lead, coach, or influence a cross‑functional team (including project specialists, inflight ambassadors, or vendor field staff) to ensure consistent execution of engagement programs.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, bank partners, and leadership to align acquisition goals, develop program strategies, and justify ROI for investments in engagement campaigns.
  • Model a participatory and team‑oriented leadership style, while still effecting change.
  • Work with direct/indirect to maintain a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Promote a high performance culture by cultivating and motivating direct/indirect reports through coaching, mentoring, and by providing regular and meaningful feedback.
  • Identify and provide career development opportunities through developmental assignments and formal/informal training.
  • Plan and execute regular events to increase awareness of new promotions, special incentives, and new credit card offers.
Job‑Specific Experience, Education & Skills

  • Ability to address people courageously, directly, and candidly.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Outstanding interpersonal, facilitation, and presentation skills.
