Job summary

4Front Engineered Solutions is seeking a Logistics Manager for on-site duties at the Kenosha, WI facility. The role requires leadership of Shipping and Receiving, strategic planning of inbound/outbound logistics, and close collaboration with freight carriers and internal teams.

The candidate should have a strong background in manufacturing logistics, with ERP system proficiency and several years in supervisory roles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Supply Chain Management, Logistics or relevant field.
• Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or relevant field a plus.
• 6+ years of relevant experience and academic preparation or 10+ years of experience in Logistics or related field in a manufacturing or warehouse environment.
• 2+ years of functional leadership experience as a supervisor.
• 5-7+ years intermediate level ERP (JDE) experience preferred.
• Experience working with integrated computer programs and/or applications.
• Proficient in ERP systems.

Responsibilities
