Frontier Airlines is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor with strong leadership to oversee shift-level line maintenance activities at the assigned base. You will coordinate across Operations and Maintenance Planning to maintain on-time aircraft return to service.
The ideal candidate has 10 years in line maintenance, 5 years in supervision, and a solid understanding of 121 FARs. A Bachelor's degree is preferred; High School Diploma required.

Responsible for providing shift level oversight for all line maintenance activities at the assigned Maintenance base. Coordinates activities between Station Operations, Flight Ops, Flight dispatch, MCC, and Inspection departments and the business partner.
Run/Taxi A320 Family Aircraft, and typical GSE equipment operated at airport and in support of line maintenance operations.
Outdoors in all weather conditions.
Position requires extremely strenuous physical work involving objects in excess of 100 pounds occasionally and/or in excess of 50 pounds frequently.
Considerable Latitude: The incumbent establishes methods and procedures for attaining specific goals and objectives, and receives guidance in terms of broad goals. Only the final results of work are typically reviewed.

Salary Range: $100,104 - $132,870

*In addition to your base salary, you will be eligible to earn an annual short-term incentive, at the discretion of Frontier’s Board of Directors or one of such board’s committees, based on the attainment of performance metrics for Frontier and/or individual performance objectives, in each case established and evaluated by such board or one of its committees. Your target annual bonus will (10%) of your base salary, but the actual amount of your annual bonus may range (0% - 20%) of your base salary.
