Job summary

Alterra Mountain Company is seeking a Lift Maintenance Manager for June Mountain in June Lake, California. You will oversee all lift maintenance operations and ensure compliance with State and Federal (USFS) requirements, while maintaining safe, efficient lift performance.

You will hire, train, supervise, and guide the lift maintenance staff, operating within approved budgets to deliver reliable, high-quality service.

Qualifications

• Five+ years in lift maintenance or related field.
• Strong knowledge of lift mechanical and electrical systems.
• Familiarity with OSHA and ANSI safety standards.
• Ability to work within strict deadlines and allocate limited resources.

• Oversees all Lift Maintenance operations at June Mountain to ensure compliance with State and Federal (USFS) requirements.
• Ensures lifts operate efficiently, safely, and reliably.
• Hires, trains, disciplines, and manages day-to-day activities of the lift maintenance staff within approved financial guidelines.

A little about this position:

• Oversees all Lift Maintenance operations at June Mountain to ensure compliance with all State and Federal (USFS) requirements.
• Ensures that lifts operate efficiently, effectively, and safely.
• Hires, trains, disciplines, and manages the day-to-day activities of the lift maintenance staff and manages the department within approved financial guidelines.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of Lift Maintenance experience.
• Understand and accept responsibility to perform complicated tasks within very stringent and demanding time limits while using limited resources.
• Strong working knowledge of lift mechanical and electrical systems.
• Proficient knowledge of OSHA and Human Safety practices.
• Strong working knowledge of the latest ANSI standards.

Pay: $75,601.32 - $80,213.49 per year
