Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end lifecycle of global leadership programs, including design, implementation, delivery, evaluation and continuous improvement.
  • Lead flagship leadership initiatives (LEAP and other Tier 2/Tier 3 programs) for consistent, impactful experiences.
  • Translate leadership strategies into scalable, business-relevant learning journeys and development experiences.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders and external providers to optimize content, tools and experiences; make build-versus-buy decisions.
  • Drive program execution with project planning, budget oversight, timelines, risk management, and delivery across virtual, hybrid, and in-person formats.
  • Develop practical leadership tools and enablement resources to support leaders in the flow of work.
  • Establish and track success metrics using data to demonstrate impact across the organization.

Job Title: Manager, Leadership Programs & Capability Development

As a Manager, Leadership Programs & Capability Development, you will lead the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of global leadership programs and development solutions, ensuring they create measurable impact and align with Ingredion's leadership philosophy and enterprise objectives.

This role reports to the Director, Leadership & Organizational Effectiveness and works closely with HR Business Partners, Centers of Excellence, senior leaders, and external learning partners around the globe.

What Will You Do

What You Will Bring
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, Psychology, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Experience managing global or regional leadership development, talent development, learning, or organizational capability programs.
  • Proven success designing, implementing, and managing leadership development initiatives in complex, matrixed organizations.
  • Strong program and project management experience, including budget ownership and stakeholder management.
  • Experience collaborating with external vendors, consultants, and leadership development providers.

Pay Range

$102,100.00-$136,166.67 Annual

This pay range is not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Final base salary will be determined based on several factors which may include but are not limited to responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data and applicable bargaining agreement (if any).

Incentive Compensation

As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Ingredion Annual Incentive Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus.
