Job summary

Ingredion Incorporated in Westchester, IL, is seeking a seasoned leader to own the end-to-end lifecycle of global leadership programs, across virtual, hybrid, and in-person formats. You will design, implement, deliver, evaluate, and continually improve programs to build leadership capability across the organization.

You will lead flagship initiatives, translate strategies into scalable development journeys, and partner with internal stakeholders and external providers to deliver impactful

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, organizational development, psychology, or related field.
  • Experience managing global or regional leadership development, talent development, learning, or organizational capability programs.
  • Proven success designing, implementing, and managing leadership development initiatives in complex, matrixed organizations.
  • Strong program and project management experience, including budget ownership and stakeholder management.
  • Experience collaborating with external vendors, consultants, and leadership development providers.
  • Strategic thinker who balances long‑term vision, operational detail, and flawless execution.
  • Knowledgeable in adult learning principles, leadership development, behavioral change, and capability-building methodologies.
  • Data-driven, comfortable translating feedback, analytics, and insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Effective influencer who builds credibility and trust with senior leaders, HR partners, and external stakeholders.
  • Digitally savvy, adaptable, and curious about emerging learning technologies, talent insights, and leadership trends.

Responsibilities

  • Establish and track success metrics, leveraging data and insights to improve program effectiveness and demonstrate leadership capability impact across the organization.
