Job summary

HRB is seeking a Manager/Lead Systems Programmer for CICS Mainframe in a full-time role. The candidate will oversee CICS installation and upgrades, manage projects with multiple managers, and ensure performance tuning and disaster recovery planning.

Strong senior/lead level expertise in CICS systems programming is required; sponsorship is not offered. A great benefits package and bonus opportunity are highlighted in the description.

Qualifications

• Oversee installation/upgrades of CICS.
• Proven management experience highly desirable.
• CICS performance and tuning.
• Heavy interaction/project planning with various managers for project completion.

Responsibilities

• Debug, diagnose and tune TCP/IP based applications for CICS and client/server.
• Develop CICS business continuity and disaster recovery.
