The Manager Laboratory Services will oversee daily operations within a comprehensive Lab that delivers high-quality diagnostic testing across multiple disciplines including hematology, chemistry, microbiology, blood bank, and molecular diagnostics. This laboratory services department is equipped with modern instrumentation, strong infection prevention protocols, and rigorous quality assurance programs aligned with national benchmarks. The Manager Laboratory Services will champion regulatory compliance, optimize turnaround times, and foster continuous improvement initiatives that enhance patient safety and provider satisfaction. Supported by skilled medical technologists and technicians, the Manager Laboratory Services will ensure excellence across all facets of clinical laboratory operations while maintaining a collaborative and supportive work environment.

Reporting to senior hospital leadership, the Manager Laboratory Services or Assistant Director of Lab will provide strategic oversight, operational management, and mentorship to a dedicated team of laboratory professionals. The Manager Laboratory Services will collaborate closely with pathologists, nursing leaders, physicians, and other allied health professionals to promote seamless diagnostic services throughout the organization.
