About this role

The Manager, Investor Relations will support all facets and be a key contributor to the Investor Relations team. The role will have significant exposure to senior management, as they prepare for external engagements.

Key Responsibilities

• shareholder engagement and monitoring
• financial and data analysis
• earnings and presentation preparation
• external conferences and meetings
• Be a key supporter of the earnings process including presentations, prepared remarks, and Q&A
• Collaborate with Strategy and Business Units to understand financial performance and strategic initiatives
• Align with Finance, Communications and Legal teams on all processes for external materials

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree
• 5+ years of experience in investor relations, finance, FP&A, equity research, investment banking, and/or corporate development

Preferred Qualifications

• Highly motivated, collaborative and proactive to respond to management’s needs
• Finance degree or MBA, with sell-side research or buy-side experience
• Knowledge of Carrier Business Units
• Expert in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Hyperion Financial Management (HFM)
• Excellent written and communication skills
• Highly organized, efficient, and able to manage competing demands

Pay Range

The annual salary for this position is between $96,000.00 - $192,000.00 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range include, but are not limited to, skills, education, experience, and other unique qualifications of the successful candidate. The pay range will not be below the minimum wage applicable to the jurisdiction in which the applicant is to be employed.

Other Compensation

Thisposition is entitled to short-term cash incentives, subject to plan requirements.
