Job summary

RSM US LLP is seeking an experienced professional to lead international tax and cross-border M&A engagements within a leading global professional services firm. You will work on due diligence, structuring projects, and coordinate with client teams to deliver actionable insights.

The role requires a minimum of five years in international tax, CPA or JD, and strong communication, research, and writing skills. A commitment to client service and teamwork is essential.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college/university.
  • Five years of International Tax and/or Cross-Border M&A experience within a public accounting firm, a corporate tax department, or a law firm.
  • CPA or JD.
  • Ability to manage multiple engagements simultaneously.
  • Exceptional quantification, research, and writing skills.
  • Excellent communicator.

  • Analysis of various cross-border tax topics such as permanent establishment, corporate reorganizations, outbound transactions including Section 367 issues, Subpart F, GILTI, FDII, FTCs, and non-US direct and indirect tax issues.

At RSM, an employee's pay at any point in their career is intended to reflect their experiences, performance, and skills for their current role. The salary range (or starting rate for interns and associates) for this role represents numerous factors considered in the hiring decisions including, but not limited to, education, skills, work experience, certifications, location, etc. As such, pay for the successful candidate(s) could fall anywhere within the stated range.

Compensation Range: $133,500 - $268,400

Individualsselected for this role will be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on firm and individual performance.
