We launched on March 26, 2025, and sold out in under 24 hours. Now, we’re on a mission to take this brand to the next level.
As Manager of Integrated Marketing, you are the connective tissue of the marketing organization. You make sure every major initiative launches on time, fully resourced, and coordinated across every channel — retail, social commerce, influencer, DTC, and IRL. You keep every cross-functional team on track through our go-to-market process, driving follow-up on open items, owning and updating the integrated marketing calendar, running campaigns end to end, and keeping information, assets, and approvals flowing so every team has what it needs, when it needs it.
You report to the Senior Director of Integrated Marketing, who sets the strategy; you make it happen. This is deliberately not a single-channel seat — it’s the seat that makes every channel work together. You’ll work with everyone, by design: Social Commerce, Influencer & Community, Creative Ops, Account Management + Sales, Education, and our retail partners.
This role is based in our Los Angeles office and works in person 4 days a week — at the center of the day-to-day cross-functional flow the job depends on.
What You’ll Own
Cross-Channel Launch & Campaign Management
IRL Moments & Brand Partnerships
Trade & Retail Marketing Execution
Creative Briefing, Creative Ops & Asset Flow
Performance Tracking & Reporting
Cross-Functional Partnership
This role has significant runway. As initiatives scale, it grows from Manager into Senior Manager, Integrated Marketing — and, as the integrated marketing function expands, into a more senior integrated marketing leadership seat.
What Success Looks Like
In 30 Days
You’ve met every cross-functional partner, learned how launches, approvals, and assets flow today, and taken ownership of the integrated marketing calendar. You and the Senior Director of Integrated Marketing are aligned on priorities, and you’ve identified the biggest hand-off gaps and bottlenecks.
In 60 Days
You’re running at least one launch end to end. The integrated marketing calendar is fully up to date and on a regular update cadence, a launch-readiness tracker and status cadence are in place, creative briefs from every team are landing with Creative Ops on time, and retailer marketing requests have a clear path to the right owners.
In 90 Days
Launches are going out on time and fully resourced. Hand-offs between Social Commerce, Influencer & Community, Creative Ops, and Account Management are clean, and leadership has a clear, real-time view of every major initiative. You’ve executed or are actively running at least one IRL moment or brand partnership.
In 6 Months
You’re the go-to person for how marketing gets done at POV. The integrated marketing calendar is the trusted source of truth every team plans from. Fire drills are down, cross-functional partners trust the process, and Sephora and TikTok Shop launches run on a repeatable playbook. Senior leadership time goes to strategy — because execution is in your hands.
