Mississippi Title Loans, Inc is hiring for a Manager in Training. You will work directly with customers, guiding them through financial solutions, and handling inbound and outbound conversations. This role emphasizes questions, objections, and decision-making in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Customer service, sales, or collections experience.
• Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone and in person.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt.
• Must be able to work 40 hours per week, including Saturdays.
• Satisfactory completion of pre-employment screenings.
• Reliable form of personal transportation and valid Driver’s License.
• Fluent in English and Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet and advise customers in a customer-facing, performance-driven role.
• Handle inbound and outbound conversations, ask follow-up questions, and guide customers through financial solutions.
• Understand customer needs and help them make informed financial decisions, including money conversations.

Job Scope

This is a customer-facing, performance-driven role where you will work directly with customers to understand their needs and guide them through financial solutions.

You will handle both inbound and outbound conversations, ask follow-up questions, and help customers make decisions—including conversations about money.

This role requires someone who is comfortable:

• handling hesitation or rejection
• making outbound calls
• staying engaged in conversations that may feel uncomfortable at times
