Qualifications

• Reliable, accountable, and self-motivated.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Willingness to travel and rotate between Hampton Roads and Richmond locations.

Responsibilities

• Learn floor operations and guest experience by working front‑line roles, scooping and serving.
• Progress into shift leadership, supervising the team and ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Learn store management tasks: hiring, onboarding, scheduling, inventory, and vendor relations.
• Rotate through multiple Gelati Celesti locations to gain multi‑location experience.
• Partner with a mentor General Manager and participate in regular progress check‑ins.
