Responsibilities

• Assist with interviewing and hiring new team members
• Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, including food preparation, cooking, and catering
• Provide leadership and guidance to the team, ensuring excellent customer service
• Manage inventory and ordering of supplies
• Train and develop team members on company policies and procedures
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Utilize Aloha POS system for order processing and payment handling
