Hertz Local Edition is hiring a Manager Trainee to join our local rental branch team. In this hands‑on role, you’ll learn how to run a successful rental location while delivering a great customer experience and supporting daily branch operations.

This is a great opportunity for someone who is motivated, customer‑focused, and interested in growing into a leadership role. With structured training and real‑world experience, you’ll prepare for promotion to Branch Manager in as little as 12–18 months.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in customer service, sales or retail preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to learn operations, scheduling and inventory.

Aufgaben

• Learn the rental car business through hands-on training in sales and customer service.
• Support branch sales goals by building customer relationships and identifying needs.
• Deliver a positive customer experience during the rental process and resolve questions professionally.
• Assist with daily branch operations: fleet inventory, vehicle prep, lot organization.
• Partner with leadership to understand scheduling and business metrics.
• Develop leadership skills for future advancement within Hertz.
