Job summary

Domino's in Midland, TX is looking for outgoing individuals to join our Managers in Training program. You will handle orders, assist customers, lead a team, and manage store operations including opening and closing, hiring, scheduling, and inventory control.

Starting wage is $12+ per hour with full-time benefits (medical, dental, vision). There is potential to advance to General Manager tiers with earnings up to $50K–$80K/year as you complete training and grow with the company.

We start our Managers in training off at $12+ per hour. All full time team members are offered medical, dental, vision.
