You will learn inventory control, cash handling, and shift management while supporting store growth. Openings include day and closing shifts, with a pathway to General Manager in Training. Starting pay is $12+ per hour, with full-time benefits including medical, dental, and vision.

Qualifications

• Basic math skills are required and must be accurate.
• Ability to perform bending, stooping and lifting as part of daily tasks.
• Capable of long hours on feet during shifts.
• Demonstrates integrity in all store operations and interactions.
• Keeps a positive, friendly attitude with customers and staff.

Responsabilités

• Taking orders from customers and processing them at the point of sale.
• Assisting walk-in customers with questions and products.
• Leading a team to achieve store goals and service standards.
• Inventory control and stock management.
• Cash counting and cash handling procedures.
• Running a shift and ensuring smooth operations.

MANAGERS IN TRAINING

We are looking for people with outgoing, warm and friendly personalities to join our growing team! Your job duties in this position include (but are not limited to):

• Taking orders
• Helping walk-in customers
• Leading your team to success
• Inventory control
• Cash counting and handling
• Running a shift
• Opening and closing the store
• Hiring
• Scheduling

We have openings for day shift managers, closing shift managers, as well as General Managers in Training where you earnthe big bucks!

We start our Managers in training off at $12+ per hour. All full time team members are offered medical, dental, vision.
