Domino's in Odessa, TX is seeking outgoing individuals to join our Managers in Training program. You will take orders, lead teams, manage shifts, hire and schedule staff, and ensure smooth store operations while delivering great customer experiences.

Starting wage is $12+ per hour with opportunities to earn $50K–$80K per year as you advance through training and store openings. Medical, dental and vision benefits are provided for full-time team members.

We start our Managers in training off at $12+ per hour. All full time team members are offered medical, dental, vision.
