Domino's Odessa is seeking energetic individuals for Managers in Training. You will take orders, assist customers, lead a team, manage inventories, handle cash, and run shifts while opening and closing the store.

Starting wage is $12+ per hour with full-time benefits including medical, dental and vision. Our training program is designed to fast-track you to management levels, with potential earnings up to $50k–$80k per year as you advance.

We are looking for people with outgoing, warm and friendly personalities to join our growing team! Your job duties in this position include (but are not limited to):

• Answering phones

• Helping walk-in customers

• Making Pizzas
• Leading your team to success
• Inventory control
• Cash counting and handling
• Running a shift
• Opening and closing the store

• Scheduling

We have openings for day shift managers, closing shift managers, as well as General Managers in Training where you earn the big bucks!

We start our Managers in training off at $12+ per hour. All full time team members are offered medical, dental, vision.
