Job Summary

As a Manager in Training, you will learn the fundamentals of club operations while directly driving member sales, delivering a high‑energy club experience, and developing the skills needed to advance into leadership. You’ll support Sunday production and serve as a role model for team members and members alike.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive membership sales by engaging with prospective and current members, presenting options, and closing sales to meet or exceed monthly goals.
• Deliver excellent customer service by greeting members, responding to inquiries, and ensuring a positive experience for all club visitors.
• Learn and support all aspects of daily club operations, including staff scheduling, facility cleanliness, and member engagement.
• Assist in developing and coaching front‑line staff to ensure team performance and adherence to Crunch standards.
• Support marketing initiatives and participate in community outreach to generate brand awareness.
• Maintain professionalism, integrity, and high energy while being accountable for individual and team results.
• Be responsible for Sunday production and ensure smooth club operations.
