Job summary

Affordable Home Furnishings is seeking a Manager-in-Training to join our Fast Track Store Manager program. You will learn every part of the business—from sales and collections to inventory, deliveries, team leadership, and daily operations—while working directly with experienced managers.

You will grow into a Store Manager role, with relocation possibilities for advancement and a starting pay of $40,000–$50,000 per year.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail management preferred.
• Sales experience required.
• Rent-to-own experience is a major plus.
• Ability to lead and coach a team.
• Valid driverer?se license with a good driving record.

Responsibilities
