The ideal candidate holds a related bachelor’s degree (master’s preferred), ARRT/ARDMS/NMTCB registry eligibility, and at least five years in imaging leadership, including three years in supervision.

The Manager of Imaging Services is responsible for the coordination of the overall operations of the assigned Medical Imaging to include the provision of resources and an environment that facilitates optimal, cost efficient patient care delivery. This position defines and monitors the standards of patient care and Medical Imaging practice, ensures availability and appropriate utilization of needed human and material resources, supports collaboration between Medical Imaging, nursing, physicians, and other disciplines to achieve desired patient outcomes. This position requires organization and interpretation of information relating to a wide variety of policies, procedures, and programs. This position requires extensive internal and external contacts. Internal contacts are with all levels of staff and management. External contacts include physicians, physician office staff, outside health care providers and organizations, vendors, and management from other health care facilities and agencies. Because this position is site or modalities specific responsibility for the service is generally 24/7. Hospital-based leaders may have a dual matrixed reporting structure.

As required by various pay transparency laws, we share a competitive range of compensation for candidates hired into each position. The pay scale is $124,425.60 - $179,046.40 USD. However, pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to: skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education.
