Karmanos Cancer Institute is seeking an Imaging Services leader to provide technical direction and administration for diagnostic imaging operations. This role oversees staff, budgets, and quality initiatives to ensure patient care meets regulatory standards.
You will collaborate with hospital leadership to optimize imaging workflows, maintain accreditation readiness, and support clinical teams across the cancer care network in Michigan.

Provides overall technical direction and administration to imagingservices personnel, ensuring system of testing operates efficiently andeffectively.Regularly reviews andrevises, as necessary, imaging services standards and ensures diagnosticprocedures performed comply with all hospital, system and regulatory agencystandards.Coordinates provision of imagingservices with other medical functions and serves as technical resource fordepartmental personnel. As an expert in the assigned unit, is a resource personto both staff and physicians.
Ensures that all imaging services activities and operations are carried out in compliance with local, state, federal and governmental regulations and laws.
Performs other related duties as required and directed.
