Job Summary

Reporting to the Imaging Services Director, this position is responsible for collaborating with leadership and the diagnostic imaging team to plan, design and manage the daily and long‑term operations for the Imaging Division. Responsibilities include leadership, personnel management, regulatory and quality compliance, and direction for projects, processes, and systems improvements as assigned by the Director.

Responsibilities

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Responsibility areas include day‑to‑day operations, project leadership, staff supervision, quality compliance, and continuous improvement of imaging services.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree (required) or equivalent combination of education and experience (required).
• Licenses & Certifications:
• BLS – Basic Life Support – AHA (required)
• CRT – California Radiologic Technologist License – CDPH (required)
• RDMS – Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer – ARDMS (required)
• RT‑R – Rad Tech Radiography – ARRT (required)
• RT‑N – Rad Tech Nuclear Medicine Technology – ARRT (required)
• CNMT – Certified Nuclear Med Technologist – NMTCB (required)
• Experience:
• Minimum five (5) years related experience (required)
• Minimum three (3) years management experience (required)Experience supervising/managing imaging staff in a PACS, CR, and DR technology‑equipped facility (preferred)

Compensation

Range: $56.70 – $90.50 per hour.

Work Details

Shift: Day (United States). Position Exempt: Yes. Full‑time equivalent: 100%. Scheduled weekly hours: 40. Daily hours: 8.
