In this role, you will manage a team responsible for Secure Communications of Leo satellites. You start your morning reviewing operational dashboards and triaging any issues that need attention. From there, you might join a design review where your engineers present a new architecture proposal, and you ask the questions that sharpen the approach. Mid-morning could bring a planning session with partner teams to align on shared deliverables. After lunch, you shift to one‑on‑one conversations with your direct reports, discussing career goals and removing blockers. Later, you draft or review a product narrative that frames the next quarter's priorities for leadership.
