Job summary

Qualifications

  • Experience managing, analyzing and communicating results to senior leadership.
  • Experience owning program strategy and end to end delivery.
  • Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.
  • Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization.
  • Experience defining and executing program requirements.
  • Experience managing teams of 3 or more.

As a Manager, Digital Supply Chain - Publishing, we are looking for a people leader who brings innovation and simplicity to the space and drives solutions for supply chain efficiency, and continuous process improvement. In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead a team and work with various stakeholders, including global cross-functional teams within Amazon. The successful candidate will need to be entrepreneurial, wear many hats and work in a fast-paced, dynamic, and highly collaborative environment. The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign‑on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
