The team provides infrastructure platforms for feature flags, configuration management and delivery. You will set the direction, drive results for the team to help us build resilient infrastructure platforms for servicing engineers and our flagship product. We are looking for someone passionate about distributed systems and configuration management who enjoys working with talented engineers. This individual will help build, nurture and empower the team to support continued growth in their careers. Ideal candidates will have experience on teams responsible for high-scale distribution platforms which balance safety, velocity and developer experience.

In-Office Requirement Statement

• We let the type of work you do guide the collaboration style. That means we’re not always working in an office, but we continue to gather for key moments of collaboration and connection.
• This role will need to be in the office for in-person collaboration 1-2 times/quarter and therefore can be situated anywhere in the country.
