Datadog is seeking a Manager I, Engineering – Anomaly Detection in New York, NY. You will lead a team responsible for building scalable anomaly detection signals, combining traditional ML and modern AI techniques to monitor vast telemetry data.

Lead delivery, partner with product and applied scientists, and push for robust, safe AI-native practices. Hybrid work model and equity opportunities are included.

Distributed systems experience is a must-haveExperience with Java, Python or Go, and experience working in a platform-focused teamStrong cross-team collaboration and stakeholder management skillsComfortable making significant contributions to product strategy in an ambiguous environment rather than executing a pre-defined roadmapDirect experience building and training ML models in production environments is a plusFamiliarity utilizing streaming technology (e.g. Flink, Kafka) is a plusDatadog values people from all walks of life.
