Manager I Case Management

This is a People Leadership Role.

Location: Hybrid 2 - This role requires associates to be in-office 3 days per week , fostering collaboration and connectivity, while providing flexibility to support productivity and work-life balance. This approach combines structured office engagement with the autonomy of virtual work, promoting a dynamic and adaptable workplace. Alternate locations may be considered if candidates reside within a commuting distance from an office

Work Shift: Monday - Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm (CST)

The Manager I Case Management is responsible for managing a team of nurse care managers engaged in assessing, developing, implementing, coordinating, monitoring, and evaluating care plans designed to optimize member health care across the care continuum and ensuring member access to services appropriate to their health needs.

Minimum Requirements:

• Requires BA/BS in a health related field and minimum of 5 years of clinical experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
• Current, unrestricted RN license in the applicable state(s) is required.

• People leadership and/or people management experience is highly preferred.

For candidates working in person or virtually in the below locations, the salary* range for this specific position is $98,700 to $155,100
