• Rotating on-call schedule for after-hours emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Oversees and manages all HVAC / Refrigeration for the entire company.
• Orders parts and manages inventory.
• Assign & follow-up on work orders in maintenance tracking system.
• Oversees / manages / routes in house HVAC/R technicians.
• Oversee third-party service technicians, negotiating vendor rates, invoice approvals.
• Compiling list of HVAC / Refrigeration equipment and recommended replacement.
• Participates in training classes to maintain license.
• Review HVAC/R plans for remodels & new builds.
• Manage HVAC/R budget.
• Keep in-house technicians training programs current and to date.
• Develop SOP documents.
• Maintain equipment asset tags.
• Set up preferred vendors and sites to order from.
• Create database of equipment and maintain list.

We are seeking a motivated HVAC / Refrigeration Manager who can work autonomously and ensure HVAC / Refrigeration systems throughout the company network stays maintained. REQUIREMENTS

• Licensed in HVAC / Refrigeration
• 5+ Years field experience in HVAC / Refrigeration
• Ability to work 40+ hours a week, with travel required
• Valid driver’s license & good driving record
• Proficient skill level with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Good oral and written communication skills
• Rotating on-call schedule for after hour emergencies
