Brookfield Renewable Partners L.P. is seeking an HSSE Manager to lead the development and continuous improvement of the HSS&E management program across development, construction and operating assets in the United States.
The role requires travel to sites monthly and ensuring compliance with federal, state and Brookfield standards. The ideal candidate will have 5–8 years of HSS&E experience in a renewable energy environment, strong knowledge of HSSE systems, and formal qualifications such as

ModalPowerisaSolarIPPwhichownsa~2.3GWportfoliooffifteenoperatingprojects,fourunder-constructionprojects,andthreepre-NTPassets.
ReportingtotheChiefOperatingOfficer,theHSSEManagerisresponsibleforleadingthedevelopmentandcontinuousimprovementoftheHSS&Emanagementprogram.
Therolewillprovidesubjectmatterexpertiseandhands-onsupportacrossdevelopment,constructionandoperatingassets,ensuringcompliancewithfederal,state,localregulationsandtheBrookfieldRenewableHSSEprogram.
Therolewillinvolveregulartravellingtodevelopment,construction&operationalsitesacrosstheUnitedStates,monthly.

Salary:$120,000to$150,000,bonuseligible.
