Sysmex America, Inc. in Lincolnshire, IL, is seeking a Manager, HRIS and Benefits to lead HRIS operations, benefits administration, and related projects. You will manage U.S.
and Canada health and welfare plans, ensure compliance, and partner with Finance, brokers, and providers. The role requires 8+ years HR experience, a Bachelor’s in Business or HR, PHR/SPHR preferred, and strong knowledge of SAP/SuccessFactors, Benefits Focus, and ADP.

We currently have a great opportunity available fora Manager, HRIS and Benefits. Responsible for managing systems and processes specifically in the areas of HR payroll, SAP/SF HRIS, benefits planning, administration and compliance as well as key HR projects. Responsible for the day to day activities of HRIS operations ensuring data accuracy, managing benefit plans and handle HRIS/Benefit projects. Reports directly to the Director of HRIS & Benefits.
Travel Percentage: 10%
The salary range for this role is $72,450 to $145,000. Within this range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
