As part of our Human Resources team, you’ll help us attract, hire and retain the top talent we need to achieve our bold vision. You’ll play a vital role in defining, developing and maintaining the winning culture that empowers diverse individuals to work together and create the impossible. We’re seeking change leaders, talent strategists, employee advocates and culture architects to enable our teams, partners, and businesses to do and be their best.

In this position...

The Manager, HR Technology - Oracle Learn & Talent at Ford Motor Company, you will be at the forefront of leading and evolving several important pillars in our employee technology platform utilizing Oracle HCM Cloud, as well as other technologies. In this role, you will be the product/technology owner and will provide strategic leadership to enhance our Learn and Talent technologies and promote operational excellence through hands‑on experience. Your mission will be to ensure that we maximize the capabilities of Oracle tools to achieve Ford’s strategic objectives, provide exceptional user experiences and drive efficiency and innovation across the company.

What you’ll do...

  • Establish, own, and share a collective product vision and roadmap for Oracle Learn and Talent Development, ensuring they align with Ford’s strategic goals and deliver an exceptional user experience. Maintain the delivery plan to monitor progress; identify potential issues with key stakeholders and keep HR leaders apprised of status.
  • Support and consult on non-Oracle global talent development technologies, ensuring alignment of rating data between systems.
  • Lead and support a team of analysts ensuring a unified strategy that supports our business goals and user experience. Oversee Analyst work in the design, testing, delivery, and maintenance of system enhancements. Lead your team in following HR‑cycle plan activities including goal planning, performance management and annual compensation review.
  • Partner with Oracle product teams to improve product capabilities and influence the strategic product roadmap through regular engagement in customer events, community forums and advisory opportunities.
  • Act as the lead interface with Digital HR, HR Centers of Excellence, and IT counterparts, serving as the products’ subject matter expert while supporting complex projects, including integrations with other systems, security role definition, reporting, and user training efforts. Drive implementation of new functionality, including change management.
  • Closely collaborate and partner with business owners to develop and create technology solutions that meet short- and long-term business requirements, considering the global scope of the technology. Participate in meetings and deliver presentations to relevant stakeholders to explain project progress.
  • Ensure HCM system integrity and compliance with relevant data protection and privacy regulations.

You’ll have…

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field and/or commensurate work experience.
  • Deep, hands‑on functional experience with Oracle HCM in Learn and/or Talent/Performance.
  • Product ownership experience with the product lifecycle, priorities, and system enhancements
  • 5+ years of experience in HR Technology or related field.

Even better, if you have…

  • 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner in the HR Technology field.
  • Experience leading and developing a team.
  • Prior work as an Oracle HCM implementation partner is huge plus.
  • Experience working with agile delivery teams.
  • Prior role shaping a product roadmap and identifying areas of opportunity for technology improvement.
  • Highly flexible, able to prioritize multiple projects and deadlines to execute well in a fast‑paced, rapidly evolving organization.

We offer a work life that works for you, including:

  • Immediate medical, dental, vision and prescription drug coverage
  • Flexible family care days, paid parental leave, new parent ramp‑up programs, subsidized back‑up child care and more
