The HR PMO is responsible for enabling the execution of the transformational HR initiatives. The team oversees a diverse portfolio of strategic HR initiatives, ensuring alignment across HR COEs, leadership, and key stakeholders. The HR PMO drives governance, portfolio management, organizational readiness, and execution excellence for initiatives that shape the future workforce and employee experience. The team serves as a catalyst for transformation, bringing structure, transparency, and accountability to some of the organization’s most critical people-related investments and strategic priorities.
