Job summary

• Experience with competitive launch environments.
• Deep familiarity with FDA promotional regulations and governance.
• Strong ability to translate complex clinical data into compelling value stories.
• Experience managing top-tier agencies and sizable marketing budgets.
• Track record of effective cross-functional partnership.

Job Purpose

The Manager Marketing HCP US will support the development and execution of the US Healthcare Professional (HCP) marketing strategy, helping translate brand strategy, clinical data, customer insights, and market dynamics into impactful and compliant promotional activities. Working closely with cross-functional partners and external agencies, this role will contribute to launch readiness and execute HCP engagement initiatives across personal and non-personal promotion, omnichannel campaigns, sales force materials, and customer-facing tactics. The role is responsible for managing day-to-day promotional activities, coordinating agency deliverables, supporting content development and approval processes, and ensuring programmes are delivered on time and in compliance with regulatory and company requirements. The Manager Marketing HCP US will also leverage performance data, customer feedback, and market insights to help optimise campaign effectiveness and support business objectives.
Major Accountabilities

• US Marketing Strategy:Support the US marketing vision and brand strategy across the product lifecycle, aligned with MoonLake’s clinical stage, corporate objectives, and commercial ambition.
• Pre-Launch & Launch Readiness:Execute HCP engagement initiatives across personal and non-personal promotion, omnichannel campaigns, sales force materials, and customer-facing tactics
• Insight-Driven Decision Making:Execute marketing strategy through deep customer, market, and competitive insights, ensuring clear prioritisation and measurable impact.
• Marketing Programmes Execution:Partner closely with Commercial, Medical Affairs, Market Access, Regulatory, and Legal to deliver integrated, compliant marketing programmes. Managing day-to-day promotional activities, coordinating agency deliverables, supporting content development and approval processes compliantly.

Job Requirements
Education:

• Bachelor’s degree required
• Advanced degree (MBA, PhD, PharmD, or MD) strongly preferred

Experience:

• 3-5 years of progressive biopharma commercial experience
• Experience in immunology, or dermatology markets
• Experience with competitive launch environments
• Deep familiarity with FDA promotional regulations and governance
• Strong ability to translate complex clinical data into compelling value stories
• Experience managing top-tier agencies and sizable marketing budgets
