Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Manages local, state, and federal government affairs policies.
  • Leads analysis of legislative actions and their potential impact.
  • Communicates Authority’s priorities to elected officials.
  • Monitors legislation and updates Authority leadership.
  • Coordinates government relations strategy with stakeholders.
  • Develops materials for the Authority’s government relations agenda.
  • Plans government relations events and activities.
  • Supervises administrative staff and manages hiring processes.
  • Plans budget for government relations activities.
  • Assists with special projects development.
  • Works closely with the Authority lobbyist.
  • Handles inquiries from officials regarding Authority programs.
